Resep Dasar Adonan Pizza
Bahan Dasar Adonan Pizza :- Tepung terigu protein tinggi, 250 gram
- Ragi instan, 7 gram
- Susu cair, 125 ml
- Minyak sayur, 25 ml
- Mentega tawar, 25 gram
- Garam, 5 gram
- Campur terigu dan ragi instan.
- Buat lubang di tengahnya, tuang susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata.
- Tambahkan garam, aduk hingga rata.
- Tambahkan minyak sayur dan mentega tawar, uleni hingga kalis.
- Diamkan adonan selama sekitar 20 menit. Adonan siap digunakan.
