Spaghetti Lada hitam
Bahan
- 250 gr spaghetti La Fonte
- 250 gr daging ayam-potong strip belimbing sayur
- 150 gr belimbing sayur-potong membulat
- 4 bh cabe merah (iris serong)
- 4 bh cabe hijau (iris serong)
- 2 siung bawang putih (iris tipis)
- 340 gr saus tomat
- 1 ml garam
- 1/2 sdm lada putih bubuk
- 3 sdt kecap manis
- 250 sdm air
- 1 1/2 ml maizena (dicairkan)
Cara membuat saus
- Rebu spaghetti sesuai petunjuk pada kemasan
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan ayam, masak sampai matang
- Masukkan kecap manis, saus tomat, came, belimbing sayur, garam, lada dan air, aduk rata, didihkan
- Kentalkan dengan maizena, masukkan spaghetti aduk rata, sajikan selagi hangat
