Spageti Gindara saus

Spaghetti Gindara Saus
Bahan
  • 250 g spaghetti La Fonte
  • 250 g ikan gindara-potong dadu
  • 200 g tomat sayur-potong persegi
  • 2 siung bawang putih-iris tipis
  • 4 sdm saus tiram
  • 8 sdm kecap manis
  • 1 sdm gula merah
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 2 sdt ketumbar bubuk
  • 250 ml air
  • 1½ sdm maizena (dicairkan)
  • 2 bh cabe merah-iris serong
Cara membuat
Rebus spaghetti sesuai petunjuk pada kemasan
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum
Masukkan ikan dan ketumbar, tumis sampai matang
Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, garam, gula merah dan air, didihkan
Masukkan tomat sayur dan cabe merah, aduk sampai kembali mendidih
Kentalkan dengan maizena, masukkan spaghetti, aduk rata, sajikan selagi hangat
