Spaghetti Sosis Asam Manis



Bahan
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 4 bh sosis sapi -iris membulat
  • 1 botol besar saus tomat <340 ml>
  • 2 ruas jahe-dimemarkan
  • 3 siung bawang putih - dimemarkan
  • 3 sdm gula pasir
  • 2 bh jeruk nipis - ambil air
  • 200 ml air matang
  • 4 sdm keju parut
Cara Membuat
  1. Rebus spaghetti sesuai petunjuk pada kemasan
  2. Masak saus tomat, air, jahe, bawang putih, gula pasir, dan air jeruk nipis, sampai mendidih
  3. Masukkan sosis, masak dalam api kecil sampai mengental
  4. Masukkan spaghetti, aduk rata, hidangkan dengan keju parut
